i remember when I said i would always be there,
always waiting...
and i remember when we promised to be together,
but you always said....one day

These flowers were meant for you
and for our promise kept
but even though these flowers wilt
i remain true to my heart,
and Always Waiting

this is now my first Daily Deviation, i cannot thank you all enough, i am in shock :faint:

Always Waiting by *MPhilipPhotography is one of those portraits that will stay with you for a long time. The success of an emotional portrait is defined by how well it gets the message across and I think that with this particular one you can actually feel the heartbreak. To quote the artist.... everyone has a love story... ( Featured by `Katerina423 )

Less is more

Well...this is the photo of day, and yes, it is. DD.
This job is excellent answer the question WHAT is art, and WHERE are the limits of rules in the art.
The art is the war of two sides. The vision, the technique, the gear are your enemies (you think maybe those are friends, but nope:))), and you have friends, like originality (own style), image border (very useful guy), and impact (best friend:)
This picture is not just the guy sitting down on paper, like stock, but it tells how we are impacted by emotions, feelings, and expressions in our life.
The simplicity and impact is awesome. Congratulations, excellent job!

Excuse me if my critique is write with Bad English, and the heart more than the reason, but I will try to writte something value. Personally, I love the vision of vulnerability in a man, specially if this man is virile and strong. The expression of his face suggest a pain that he fights for hide, and the way in he squeeze the flowers reflex a deep and content pain. Visually, is very impressive. Concentrate the colour in the agonistic
flowers was very successful because it emphasizes, paradoxically, the virility of the man who suffers.
I welcome the predominant gray tone, and that man kept his skin tones and their hair intact. This This accentuates the melancholy of the position and expression, This accentuates the melancholy posture and expression, but without great technical prowess, something that I welcome it because I think the feeling should be transmitted by the image itself, not by technique or devices. It's a beautiful and sensitive photo, very different very different than most which is to accentuate the masculinity of models with threadbare resources. Congratulations and excuse me please for my bad English.

I like how the yellow is the only coulour that really stands out, as if it's the only thing in the picture that's trying to contain happiness(but dying all the same). Very nice and expressive picture.

i love the emotion in this because it shows that even though he is a guy he can also feel very strong and deep emotions and i find it sad, love the drooping flowers and the position he is in

Is my first critique. The photo is more than beautiful: is incredible expressive and sweet, but the model is so virility and the contrast is awezome.
Congratulations again!!!
